NICHD Research Short Courses (R25): PA-12-207

FOA Purpose: The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) invites applications for grants to develop and conduct short-term research education programs to improve the knowledge and skills of a broad-based community of biomedical and behavioral researchers conducting research on reproductive, developmental, behavioral, social, and rehabilitative processes that determine the health and well-being of newborns, infants, children, adults, families, and populations.  The program should include both didactic and hands-on experiences.  If appropriate, the program may include activities to disseminate course materials and instructional experience to the scientific community.  Programs focusing on uses of model organisms are encouraged.
